Our current focus is on the following priorities:
Business development assistance for existing businesses, including loan funding, business planning and business transfer assistance.
Recruitment of businesses to Alexandria emphasizing entrepreneurship.
Philanthropy, including the development of an alumni fund.
Information Technology – bring fiber in town for high-speed broadband and allow us to have a full wireless hot-spot for the benefit of business and residents alike.
On-line data, including this web site and other on-line sources of information about Alexandria and promoting local businesses.
Pride in home ownership amongst all Alexandria residents, including rehab, renters to owner’s conversions and down-payment assistance.
